Profile: - Lead the Desktop team to continually improve desktop computing environment; - Manage the desktop computing environment to ensure that laptops, PC?s and other access devices are built and maintained to high standards of performance and security; - Security & Compliance Governance understanding (GDPR, SoX, PCi); - Knowledge of the following technologies: Rentway software, Sendys and Avaya PBX; - Knowledge of Webservices ? xml; - Knowledge of Office 2019 ? O365; - Knowledge of TCP/IP.
