Descrição do anúncio :We are looking for a Technician Treasury able to speak German to join a big multinational company based in Portugal !! Would you like to start or pursue your career within the Finance Sector? Do you speak German and English? Do you have analytical skills, Excel does not have any secret for you and you are someone proactive? Then, we are looking for you!Our client is a multinational company of the real estate sector. They are committed to deliver solutions to meet their clients ambitions. The company is based near by Porto in Maia and operates from corporate offices in more than 10 locations providing services to clients in different continents (Europe, Asia, South America, North Africa) As a Technician Treasury, during your day to day: - You will ensure the liquidity management and comply with payment obligations of the company's owner and service companies; - You will periodically control and analyze company petty cash funds, cash flow forecasts and supplier/client current bank accounts; - You will process supplier payments, advance payments, tenant clearings and other miscellaneous postings - You will control supplier and tenant’s attendance; - You will prepare inter-company balances reconciliation and follow up; - You will report the collections performance of the company’s owner and service companies for the relevant departments within the organization. - You will contribute to the development of new tools for reporting of collections performance You are the person we are looking for if: - You have a Degree in Economics, Management or Accounting or an experience in Treasury, Back Office, Administrative areas or Accounting - You speak fluently German (mandatory) and English - You have knowledge about Ms Office Suite, particularly Excel (mandatory) and SAP knowledge would be a plus - You have analytical thinking and high level of accuracy - You are someone proactive and you are a reliable person By joining the company: - You will get a one year contract (fixed term) - You will have a competitive salary + bonus and food allowance - You will join an international company and get possibility to grow Competências:
