As a Quality Analyst , you will be responsible to meet these objectives through quality metrics analysis, and supporting Operations/ Client decisions. As such, the Customer Interaction Center is the front office for customers who own a Porsche or Porsche products as well as for prospects and its dealers worldwide. Porsche customers in different countries can contact the brand via channels as e.g. phone, email or chat, and receive service in accordance with Porsche standards. The job. » Deliver appropriate feedback on the quality of the service to ensure adherence to procedures » Attend and participate in meetings with Operations to discuss outputs of monitoring » Provides relevant information for Monthly Quality Reports » Give feedback to the training department about issues arising from monitoring » Participate in monthly calibrating sessions to ensure consistency What you need to have. » Strong Arabic verbal and written communication skills » Advanced level of English (C1 minimum) » Good organization/ time management skills » Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds, and to give constructive feedback to the agents which leads to performance improvement » Ability to solve problems and offer suggestions » A strong Microsoft user (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) » Secure handling of IT systems » High passion for automotive topics and digital technologies » Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures Education and experience. » Bachelor’s degree or directly related work experience » Previous relevant experience as Quality Analyst Specific Requirements (when necessary) » Availability to travel » Out-of-hours support We work hard and reward harder.
