Descrição do anúncio :Our client is dedicated to building outstanding player experiences and are looking for an experienced an ambitious Data Analyst to research and identify ways to optimise their Marketing Activities and quire new customers. The company is rapidly expanding and as a result they are looking to ramp up their ranks working with data. Relentlessly on a quest to give customers the best experience possible, which includes showing the right content together with the understanding of their customers and what they want.Responsibilities: You will conduct everyday data analyses to enable quick decision making using our in-house built big data platform. You will work autonomously to identify solutions to business problems and drive the research process forward, asking questions of stakeholders, and updating the business on the progress or timelines until delivery of results. You will proactively analyse conversion funnels and customer intent, measure ROI of advertising campaigns with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity. You will support and coach your fellow colleagues to equip them with the necessary data skills to ultimately change the way people make business decisions. Requirements: Decent knowledge of database query (SQL) languages. Education in applied Statistics, Analytics, Digital Marketing or proven working experience in a similar role. Expertise with Google Analytics. Comfortable using BI / data self-service tools. Self-driven and loyal - you are willing to spread your love of data throughout a highly networked, fast-paced organisation. An excellent and creative communicator, able to translate advanced data investigations into conversations that non-tech people can take part in. Creative with good presentation skills, always looking for new and most effective ways to convey complex bits of knowledge. Competências:
