responsabilidades chave

• responsible for contacting candidates who applied through the company’s website to complete their registration information and
  
• match them with the most suitable job vacancies/clients;
  
• initial contact with candidates, gathering information for pre-selection, explaining the various mandatory steps;
  
• guide candidates through the recruitment process;
  
  

  competências

  
  
  • fluency in Dutch (C2/Native) and English (C1);
    
  • proficiency in IT;
    
  • excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette;
    
  • fixed residence in Portugal and a reliable internet connection are mandatory for remote positions;
    
  • experience in recruitment/selection is a plus;

      work schedule: Between 08:00 AM and 07:00 PM (rotating shifts).
