As a result of the incredible growth of our client, we’re looking Customer Service Agent (M/F) to join us and one of the world’s most well-known brands. To give customers a consistent path to a great experience, you will:

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers;
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
• Communicate with customers by calls, tickets, emails or messages;
• Know the product/service well;
• Process customer requests and complains;
• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database;
• Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.

Requisitos, formação e línguas

- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Dutch, and a good level of English;

• Have call center experience;
• Live in Porto;
• Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customers needs;
• Have strong computer navigation skills (you don’t need to be a pc nerd, don’t worry);
• Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.

- C1/C2 Speaking level of Dutch; - B1/B2 Speaking level of English.

- Minimum Compulsory Education.

Horário

Full-Time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Sunday, on a rotating shift schedule from 7:00 a.m to 11:00 p.m, with the breaks required by law.
