Profile - Know-how with the implementation and configuration of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), and Microsoft tools (Sharepoint and Teams); - Experience with ITSM processes review and assessment of analytical frameworks to support the conversion of manual processes into digital formats; - Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
