One of our clients is a multinational company looking for Russian speakers to insert in a technical support project in their office branch in Portugal.

The job
You will provide information about products/services and solve accurately and effectively any emerging problems that our client's customers might face. You are required to be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. The main goal is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
* German Speaker;
* Good Knowledge of PC (hardware, software, internet);
* Ability to work in a team environment;
* Preferably with experience in customer service.
*Portugal work Permit or "Manifestacao de Interesse" on SEF.

* Higher than the national average salary + relocation package;
* 1-year employment contract with our client (renewable);

* The flight tickets costs are refunded, and a welcome team will pick you up at the airport;
* Both accommodation (shared with other colleagues) and expenses are covered (Wi-Fi, Gas, water, electricity, etc.), unless candidates choose to stay on their own;

* The company also offers Portuguese lessons, surf lessons (or other sports), among other benefits;
* The company offers a flight home and back after 1 year;
* Health insurance will be provided at your convenience, and after six months you will be upgraded to private insurance.
