We are looking for a Buyer Onboarding Support Agent to join our client's dynamic team and help newly registered buyers successfully navigate their online auction platform.

Our client operates a leading B2B marketplace for car dealers, connecting used-vehicle vendors with buyers across Europe. As a member of the Onboarding Support Team, you will be the first point of contact for new buyers, providing the training and guidance they need to make purchases with confidence.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Onboarding Training Sessions: Conduct engaging training sessions for newly registered buyers, ensuring they become familiar with the platform and fully understand the selling conditions.
  
• Buyer Discovery Sessions: Proactively engage with buyers to assess their unique needs, preferences, and potential, meticulously recording all relevant details in Salesforce (SF).
  
• Onboarding Follow-Up Coordination: Follow up with buyers post-onboarding to ensure they feel confident, supported, and fully prepared to start purchasing.

  • Experience in sales and coaching
    
  • Proactiveness and soft skills is mandatory
    
  • Experience in customer relation position is mandatory
    
  • Experience with SF is a plus
    
  • Basic car knowledge / interest is a plus
    
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability
    
  • Languages: Native-level proficiency in Italian and a high level of English (C1 minimum))

    What we have for you:
    

    
    
    • Salary: €1,400/gross per month
      
    • Certain Term Contract directly with the client (4 years, 90 days trial period)
      
    • Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm (Portuguese bank holidays)
      
    • Weekends off
      
    • Meal allowance of 7€ per day worked (no meal allowance card)
      
    • Quarterly performance bonus (3-month incentive periods, dependent on approval each cycle)
      
    • Private healthcare
      
    • Hybrid model of work: first month on site, in Avenida da Liberdade (after that: one week 3 days at the office, second week: 2 days at the office)
