The responsibilities to be developed will be the following:

• Full O2C Cycle Management: Supervision and execution of the process from order receipt and validation to final payment reconciliation.
  
• Billing and SAP Posting: Issuance and control of invoices, ensuring correct entry of accounting journals and analysis of customer-related accounts in the SAP ERP.
  
• Collections and Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Proactive follow-up on outstanding balances, collections management, and aging debt analysis.
  
• Dispute Resolution: Management and reconciliation of issues with international clients or intercompany balances, collaborating closely with internal departments.
  
• Reporting and Auditing: Preparation of periodic reports on the status of accounts receivable, O2C area KPIs, and support in financial audit processes.
  
  

  competências

  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Management, or a similar field.
  Proven experience in Order to Cash (O2C) cycle functions
  Fluent proficiency in English (both spoken and written), which are essential for daily contact with international clients.Solid knowledge of SAP ERP and other tools in the field.
  Intermediate/Advanced level of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and database management).
