Descrição da Função

- Managing the hiring process

o Understanding the job requirements and defining a candidate profile with the best fit to the job, team, and company culture
o Create the ads to be appealing for the candidates with the desired profile
o Choose the proper recruiting channels to advertise the position
o Choose and coordinate the collaboration with recruiting agencies
o Conduct the tests and the interviews with the candidates
o Hire the person with the highest probability of success

- Design and conduct the induction process for the new teammates
- Keep in touch with the people to understand the team vibe and to assess staff morale

Collaborate with the Top Management and offer his support to

- Create the appraisals scheme and coordinate the periodical appraisals
- Design strategies and choose actions to create and maintain a positive attitude and a pleasant environment at the job
- Identify talents in the team, people who qualities and capabilities to take on higher positions
- Advise the top management about the HR policies and strategy

Perfil do Candidato

- Are you a proactive person with high energy even without Red Bull, who prefers to self-manage his work, deciding and taking initiative and moving the project further on his own?
- Are you passionate about understanding human psychology and do you understand the economics of a business? Maybe you have some studies or experience in human resources or psychology, or you are self-educated from books, online resources, workshops, etc?
- Are you communicating easily with people with different personalities?
- Do you have an optimistic and positive outlook, and you focus more on the bright side of events?
- Do you speak English at an intermediate level at least?
