Your Responsibilities:

- Professional handling of incoming requests via phone, chat, or email
- Reviewing and moderating content on social media platforms (videos, images, audio)
- Ensuring compliance with community guidelines
- Identifying and removing non-compliant content
- Structuring and analyzing user data to improve service quality
- Documenting all customer interactions in the service database
- Solving issues using targeted questions and internal knowledge bases

Your Profile

- Dutch at native level (C1–C2)
- Good English skills (minimum B2)
- EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset
- Excellent time management skills
