Your Responsibilities:

As the primary point of contact between the platform and its users, your main duties will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
  
• Assisting clients with booking, modifying, and canceling their travel arrangements.
  
• Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
  
• Providing accurate information regarding travel services, destinations, and company policies.
  
• Maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system.
  
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to optimize service quality.
  
• Gathering and sharing customer feedback to contribute to continuous service improvement.

  Profile Required:
  

  
  
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of required experience in a customer service role (experience in the travel/tourism industry is a strong plus).
    
  • Education: High school diploma required (12th grade or equivalent).
    
  • Languages: Native-level fluency in Italian and an excellent level of Business English (C1 minimum), essential for daily communication in an international context.
    
  • Excellent communication abilities, strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

    What Our Client Offers:
    

    
    
    • Contract: 6-month employment contract (renewable).
      
    • Base Salary: €1,000 / month (14-month payout).
      
    • Complexity Bonus: €100 / month (11-month payout).
      
    • Meal Allowance: €7.63 / working day.
      
    • Benefits: Full health insurance included.
      
    • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
